The Wiseguise were formed in Brisbane in 1977 by the Drummer Kerri and the Keyboard Player Denise. The Sax player, Kent, joined the band on stage in 1980. He was followed by Ben Groth on Guitar and Mark on Bass. Tim joined in 1986 as singer and guitarist after Ben moved away in 1988 Mark left Brisbane in 1993. Tim then switched to playing bass guitar after Andrew joined in 1996 on guitar.
